Our construction and engineering team consists of highly skilled employees who continually meet the high-quality standards our company is committed to.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

MLC is a 100% black owened company, managed and directed by one member, Mr M.R Mashishi. He is the CEO, whose primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources, acting as the main point of communication between the clients and corporate operations. He is responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision to the company and has managed to do so since the inception of the company. His responsibilities further include developing and maintaining new business.
